Sanitation & Recycling

The City of Jewell contracts with two outside waste management companyies for solid waste collection and recycling. Everyone within the city limits is required to have garbage collection, and all residential customers within the city limits are required to have recycling collection.  Most trash and debris, when properly bundled and/or contained, can be disposed of at curbside with your regular garbage service days.   

Option #1 - Trash Man:  will pick up on north/south streets every Friday and east/west streets every Monday.  

Pickup during weeks with a holiday are generally one day later.  

You can set up an account by contacting Trash Man or purchase their trash bags at Jewell Farm and Home.

Option #2 - American Sanitation LLC:  will pick up all streets on Thursdays.
